Let’s find your way forward together.

Hi there, I'm Rachel Beck

About

I’m passionate about helping parents feel calmer, more connected, and confident — even when life feels chaotic.

As a Positive Parenting Coach and early childhood specialist, I’ve supported international families for over 25 years through tantrums, transitions, sibling rivalry, and screen time struggles — always with compassion, clarity, and care.

When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me spending quality time with my two daughters, walking in the forest with our dog Luna, or enjoying a reformer Pilates class. I also love reading about brain development and what helps children — and parents — truly thrive.

I'm obsessed with helping others

Ciao Bella!

I’m originally from the UK, but I’ve spent the last 18 years living in Denmark, where I’ve been raising my two daughters (now 10 and 13) with my Danish husband. I’m also a stepmother to a 19-year-old. Parenting across cultures, ages, and personalities has taught me that there’s no single “right” way — but connection, patience, and perspective are everything.

I’ve also lived and worked in Spain, Greece, and Austria, and my experiences across different countries and cultures deeply inform the way I coach and support families.
I speak English (native), conversational Danish and German, and can greet you in Spanish, Greek, Hebrew, and French — a little international flair from a life lived abroad.

Professionally, I’ve worked in early childhood education for over 25 years. I hold a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, am a certified Positive Parenting Coach, and I also hold a certificate in inclusive and special education. My training also includes: Emotional regulation & executive function, ADHD, autism, and dyslexia, Early literacy and foundational learning.

I’ve worked as a class teacher, team coordinator, early years literacy lead, and mentor to other educators — but my heart has always been in supporting children’s emotional worlds and helping parents feel calm, capable, and connected.

That’s what Parent Path is all about: supporting families through the real moments of parenting — the meltdowns, the miscommunications, the messy mornings — and helping you find your way with more Calm, Connection, and Confidence.

"Parenting doesn’t come with a map — but it helps to have a guide."
